And Mirotic and Noah is really a PF. That's a 5 man PF/C rotation. Mirotic isn't coming over to be the 5th wheel.

No, it is reported they could just sign him for about 6 million or S&T to Lakers

I can't see Gasol taking that little amount of money, they need to clear cap space. No room for Mirotic if Gasol comes and Gasol isn't coming cheap. Feigen's sources may be wrong. I could see us getting in the action.

They could just cave and amnesty Boozer.

Question becomes. What is a better move. Holding onto Gibson/Mirotic/ Gasol/ Noah and biting the bullet for $16 million or having a 3 man big rotation of Gibson/Gasol/Noah and not having to bite the bullet for $16 million.

I was on the verge of warming up the Boozer (as a one year rental)

    Wonder if he's amnistied...

We are all a lot more emotionally invested in this than our own players!

Morey fell in love with the Big 3 and ignored his usual wiseness.

    Go after Mirotic or Boozer?:

Can someone remind me how exactly amnestying works? After the amnesty he can sign with any team basically for the minimum. His new team would only have to pay the minimum, Chicago will pay the rest, right? Does his new team "inherit" his old contract or are they agreeing on a new contract?
