Holland are going to win the cup if they keep scoring like this!

Lecke tried to just run himself into the Netherlands defender to get a penalty kick. What a disgrace, I hate players like that. Dude didn't even dive because there was marginal contact he ran into him and flopped and fell down.

Good start to the day. Great effort by the Aussies. In the end, the Dutch were just better.

I think it was a mistake to pull Cahill. Maybe he was asking out but I would have left him in if only to be there on the end of crosses.

It was quite possibly his last international competition, he should have stayed.

Honestly, I don't think the defense was too bad. I mean it certainly wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. The two goals were: a brilliant individual effort from Cahill and a very unlucky penalty.

My bad Australia. I tried to get some work done and I missed a 3-2 game. I need to get my priorities back in order.

CONGRATULATIONS arno_ed!!! You're on to the next round!

Good showing. Now "take it easy" versus Chile, please. :) And if you want to help the Aussies and screw the Spaniards, beat Chile by a bunch!

So you'd rather just lose to Spain instead? As long as there's a chance for another game, that's what you should root for.

Thanks. I am happy. I still do not think we will make the finals. But robben and van persie are playing great. So who knows.

Spain will win tonight. Amazing start by the Chileans, but they should have converted.

Spain will finish 2nd. Brazil vs. Spain in the round of 16. Who would have thunk it!
