You could be right but I disagree with it. They could be very high on Clowney but still be shopping the pick because obviously if they get someone to bite with an RG3 haul then they jump on it regardless of what they project Clowney to be. Too many holes to fill and he's not a QB. But if they stay there I don't think they're disappointed at all with getting their hands on Clowney.
The Texans will totally bortle this draft. "bortle" - to pass on a thing of obvious high value in favor of whatever is behind door no. 3
I hope Clowney wears the Earl Cambell jersey! It would be funny as hell if he did and then got traded.
Right now, I think I prefer they trade down (no further than Atlanta at 6), draft the qb they want and get the extra picks. I think Clowney is going to be very good. I'll be happy if they take him because that's going to be a ridiculously good defensive line. If not, it's got to be a qb. They can't go with a LB or other in the 1st round. It has to be either a possible transcendent player (Clowney) or a qb.
In regards to theme songs, there would only be two options for me: Either Tupac song, Picture Me Rollin' or more preferably 2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted to the shegrin of Goddell I'm sure. "Ain't nothin but a gangsta partay!!"
I hope they have the balls to do it; it would be fun and could if he turns out to be great push this team into a stratosphere of success no Houston team before it has ever enjoyed. With JFF's attitude, it would be fun to be hated by every other team and city in the league, all while he kicks their ass on the field.
If I were in the draft and got to pick my entrance music to walk up to the stage, there'd be plenty of options for me... But I think I'd go with Stranglehold by Ted Nugent.
I'm really worried we're going to take Mack. Someone tell me I'm wrong. I'll be happy with Clowney or Manziel. A little let down if we get Mack. Extremely pissed off if it's Bortles.
Jaws just said that he doesn't see Johnny going in the first round. McShay has him falling to the Cowboys in his final mock. The closer we get to the draft the more likely it seems he's gonna really fall tonight.

Don't see it happening, but if Manziel isn't drafted tonight, this place will erupt, and the Texans will be able to field a bidding war overnight.
