This would allow Troy Daniels to start at SG. His size would affect him guarding other SG's but he's still better defensively than Harden. Would be an insane back court doe
Stop starting stupid threads. No, I would not trade Harden for Lillard. I also would not deal Lin and Asik for Boozer. STOP IT
Think about it. If we trade Harden there would be no more ISO ball and no more atrocious defensive possessions. All we'd need is a PF capable of picking and popping.
Kneejerk? Harden has been a legitimate top5 offensive player in the NBA. Lillard is an up and coming star who also plays no defense. Right now Harden is better at just about everything but handles and 3pt shooting, though he is not bad at that either. Let´s wait and see if Lillard can ever be the player Harden already is. What is up with fans willing to deal our star players when something is not working for a short period of time? He is young, not injury prone, and not far away from being the best offensive player in the game. Let`s give him and Howard some time and see, how we can build a team and a system around them to help us win.
Stop being homers guys and look at it objectively. You can't deny that Lillard would help a lot of our current needs. - No more PG issues - Lillard is a better playmaker than Harden - Steps up his game in the playoffs when the fouls are called differently - But most important he's a leader which is what this team is sorely missing
No. Lillard is good, but not Harden good. You would be investing in what might be versus what is in that trade. Now, would I trade Gerald Wallace for Lillard? Every damn day of the week I would.
Hmm, 20/5/3 on .568 TS% OR 25/6/4 on .618 TS% Neither of them play defense This is a no-brainer, Harden is obviously the better player. He's just hurt/mentally jacked up this series
First of all, No. That would be stupid. Also, did you just suggest STARTING Troy Daniels? Sure the dude hit some good shots in recent games but c'mon, man. Name one other skill he's proven besides shooting from 3 point line.
