Looks like McHale wants to teach the starters a lesson by embarrassing them.

Hey McHale: when Lin is on, he's one of your best players. Lin is on tonight, put him in the game!

it's the nba no lead is safe, i think the bench will bring it back down to about 8 -10 pts.

Bring the whole second unit up. They can't be worse than the first unit.

McHale waited too long to put Lin back.

What is McHale trying to prove with this lineup? Lin, Asik, and Garcia should have come in at last time out. This is pathetic effort by starters.

This is why I hat our coachining staff. They just announced that they aren't going with any strategy shifts. Meanwhile all our main starers are stinkin it up No big deal - it happens but you coach around it. Meanwhile Lin and the bench are playing well what gives?

You're a smart guy... do you really think it's that simple? Also you are completely wrong about them being low % shots. Yea if you have to shoot fadeaways and are covered you will shoot them at a low% but NBA players are fully capable of hitting them at a high clip 80% of the time when they are open (see boozer?). It also allows your offense to be dynamic and unpredictable. And as I'm typing this your statement about the point differential is blown out of the water as the rockets are getting beat down, something that was on the wall from the start.

    "Old and outdated?"

You know what? I'm sure Pat Riley, the architect of the back to back champs calling the 3pt basket "fools gold" and the midrange game amongst the most important aspect obviously doesn't know anything. Stick to your Morey fandom If it helps you sleep at night.

They should be ashamed of the way they've played tonight.

    Absolutely pathetic.
