    This is getting funny. I've got that "Dwight Howard is having second thoughts about leaving the Lakers" kind of feeling, but both Stein and Woj saying it makes you wonder.

    I mean, it was certain last night that Asik was getting traded today, even though they have the extra day.

    Now we wait for the NBA season to take its natural toll on centers. With each injury, the demand for Asik raises.

    And what if Howard rolls his ankle? Asik can start.

    Keep him and make him play. Make him understand that if he goes out and plays hard for whatever minutes he gets that it makes him easier to trade and get a situation that works for him and the team. If not then he will only bring down his own value and will be stuck here until contract run out....
