You are out of your mind.

Look at the media circus that surrounds Howard and the press coverage DWill gets. It's not even remotely comparable

I suppose. I just don't want a Dwight Howard deal to fall apart at the last minute because he's unable to move T-Rob.

When t-rob is moved is very important if he is moved right after the rockets meet with him I think Howard's decision is made but if t-rob is moved later then morey would just be making sure we have the cap room just in case Howard does sign but we wouldn't be as sure he would sign with us

You don't think Dwight will wait a few days to let us get rid of T-Rob. The very worst case scenario is that we pay someone to take him, which will not need to happen. T-rob is still a good to great rebounder with potential.

Morey would never let T-Rob get in the way of a Dwight deal. He's a little bit smarter than that if you haven't noticed.

Yeah, they keep saying Lin was only signed for marketing, but now it seems Lin's marketing will be a reason to entice Howard they are all now discounting his marketing.

    I'm a Rockets fan in Shanghai,China.
There are nearly hundred millions Rockets fan in China for years, despite Rockets didn't make playoffs in recent years because the love of Yao and Rockets official team.
The fans of Lin in China is much less than Yao, and more focus the performance and development of Lin,but less care the future of Rockets. So I think if Rockets deal Lin, it won't affect the marketing in China a lot.

What Dwight Howard really wants from NBA free agency

But if Howard handles his free agency this week like those close to him claim he will, the irony that will likely leave the Lakers losing out here is about to be revealed: It's not nearly as much about the business anymore for the big man who so badly wanted to be in a big market, but about the basketball.

    ...

If, like so many league executives expect, Howard puts his roots down with the Rockets based on the right reasons, then the Dwight-mare will have ended in a much more palatable way than it began.

    ...

The Rockets will sell their future that looks bright even without him, with James Harden, Chandler Parsons, Jeremy Lin and the like are already up-and-comers in the Western Conference. They'll detail the much talked-about state tax discussion, as Texas doesn't have one like California does and thus Howard can recoup some of those lost funds.

So those fans of Lin's will follow him to his new team to see how he develops? It's still maybe a couple of millions of fans.

I can't wait till I feel the feeling that Miami heat fans felt when Lebron James signed there because IMO Dwight signing here would give us the same feeling

Couple of million out of 300 million isn't significant hence why Jeremy isn't at the most important meeting the Rockets have had in a long time

A couple million in China, but also a couple million in other Asian countries also. So not insignificant.
