Seriously, I'm kind of hoping we hear soon that this email thing is bogus.

    the accident was horrific.

he was in a new Mercedes going 100 up the main stretch of a residential neighborhood and slammed into a giant palm tree and just exploded.

I read about this on the German news and cannot imagine that this was NOT foul play. Was going to post a thread about this myself.

    Something is extremely fishy here.

I feel sorry for him and his family.

That email just seems almost scripted. As if someone wrote it to specifically cause a controversy where there isn't one?

No way. No one could ever die of mysterious circumstances when researching or speaking out about something people aren't supposed to know about. That has never happened before in this country.

LOL, I bet 90% of all people will just write it off as a coincidence too.

Anyone seen pictures of the accident?

No way the guy blithely drove 100 mph through a residential area. No way.

it's a 4 lane stretch of highland avenue with traffic lights that goes north/south with a median divider with trees lining the esplanade. it happened going south just after crossing melrose, I believe, unless the car got all twisted after it was heading north.

sabotage or not, it's likely he either blew through the intersection of highland and melrose or he was approaching it at high speeds.

the tree that got blazed in the incident is becoming a spot for gawkers and photographers. it's pretty fascinating to see.

As opposed to the 10% who just jump to conclusions that this was a part of a conspiracy.

sure.. Onstar has had this ability for years.. I'm sure the feds also have this ability considering they're owned by GM.. which is now Government Motors.

Onstar can turn off your car remotely, lock doors, and whatever else that can be controlled by computer. I bet accelleration and braking is also a feature. Pretty scary if you don't trust your government to "do the right thing"

Pretty much. I've seen more than my share of, uh, "accidents," "drug overdoses" and "suicides" in my time. That's not to say every time someone dies and even in a scenario like this that it was a cover up but yeah, you get used to it being so.

You simply don't say or look into too much or else you know the consequences (and I've been warned on this very board for doing so). For me it's not a matter of being scared so much as I'd like to live for reasons other than to talk and think about stuff like this, for now anyways.
