Can't hit a shot, can't hit a freethrows. Goes ISO every opportunity he gets and turns it over looking to draw a foul. I don't remember the last time he drove to the basket looking to score instead of drawing foul. This is not the Harden we saw in the first half of the season. WTF is wrong with him?
I don't know if Harden asks McHail so he can iso or it's McHail's order and Harden iso is his favorite in McHail's playbook.
What's wrong with Harden is that he has no accountability at this point. He is free to play like crap and hurt the team without being held accountable. McHale's coaching style is going to hurt him.
Why can't people grasp the fact that Harden is really a selfish player that is a black hole behind all his hype? Its either him or McHale who are calling all these idiotic hero ball ISOs down the stretch, or both. Either way, Harden is the black hole of this team, Houston wins when they move the ball and get Asik going on both ends of the floor, put the ball in Harden's hands he kills any rhythm his team mates have by playing selfishly.
There's no questioning Harden's talent, but I think we all have to question his competitiveness after this game.
wtf is wrong with harden you asked? Nothing. Is it his fault that basketball is played with four other guys? yeah, thought so.
dead legs end thread Parsons got rest down the stretch, thats why he is playing well but Harden is our best player
Ok, let's stop parroting the "Harden sucks!" statement. No **** he's been sucking for a while now. What's incredible is that he was the exact opposite of suck earlier in the season. He truly was playing at a superstar level. This thread is for arguing about why he sucks now. Is he injured? Is he fatigued from the very high number of minutes he played this year (for the first time ever)? Is the pressure getting to him? Has the scouting report caught up to him? Is the coaching staff putting him in bad spots? Did he suffer a traumatic head injury? What happened to the pre-All Star Break Harden, and how can we get him back?
How did Harden get injured in the first place? Who played him for 40+minutes? Why did Harden go ISO mode at the end of games recently? Who called time out and set the plays? Mchale has done a decent job with this young team, but he as of now has not shown the caliber to lead a team to champions.
I still remember the play where Harden went a little down hill. Monta bummed knees with Harden and that's when the next games he shot under 50%. He'll learn from this and play better, don't worry
Just because you're injured doesn't mean you have to play so idiotically, and constantly chug up bad shots. The guy can at least create for his teammates, but he's been going 1 v 5 way too much. Only Lebron and Durant can get away with that.
