Sucks for Westbrook but it wasn't intentional.

I wonder that other teams' fan reactions were when we lost Yao and TMac 100 times each?

Yea, it would be hard to win when we don't have a game, but tomorrow, we will win!

It's weird when I look at the injury...Beverly goes out of his way to run around Westbrook to try to get the ball, but Westbrook does this twist to the left to defend it and his knee hits Beverly's knee in the process. Bev's knee is already there before Westbrook's.. If he doesn't do that and just steps a little to the right he doesn't get hit...of course he probably gets the ball stolen if he does that too. He was simply caught off guard...not paying attention.

It sucks, but as a Houston fan having Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady for so many years...it's about time another team had a star player go out when they needed him the most. That seemed to be what the Rockets Franchise was all about in the late 2000's. :(

Durant can't do it on his own.

Westbrook might be a chucker, but his penetration and aggressiveness opens things up of the rest of the team, and especially Durant.

Without him they will not have someone who can penetrate or collapse defenses.

Beverley isn't a better player than Jackson... you're going to find out about this really quickly unfortunately.

It will be a major challenge to win tonight since the rockets don't play tonight.

He was responding to the one poster here that considers this a dangerous, risky and unnecessary play. And the Lin stuff showed up well before that.

OKC fans HATE Beverley right now.. Just went to one of their fan forums and they were going off on him, calling it a cheap shot.

Exactly right. Lin tries for the ball almost every timeout. And on the flip side, Lin also pulled the fake timeout trick back in December when they played the Knicks.

Check out the 6:19 mark where Coach Nick calls out Lin's "smart" play:

Perkins changed his tone now that he's seen what Beverley did to Westbrook.

This injury will not change the outcome of the series. Thunder in 6 if we are lucky.

THAT PLAY WAS NOT CHEAP. Beverly already committed to the steal as the whistle was being blown. It's not his fault Westbrook is a SG with good handles. No one said Tim Thomas was cheap. *** these fake ass fans.

I'd feel worse if he wasn't one of the biggest pricks in the NBA... and we weren't playing them. Do I need to post the countless videos of him throwing a hissy fit?

That said, it's funny to hear OKC fans call us dirty after the stuff that they, literally, pulled last game. & That's before I mention that Kendrick Perkins friendly elbow.
