I saw the last few innings of that game live. I actually turned it on just to hear JD do a game again. What has happened to Marmol? The last few years have been nothing but a steady decline in performance for him.
I see our starter is racking up the PC again. With a terrible relief staff, having the starters only go 5.xx innings is going to make it difficult to start winning.

I know it's early, but if our starting pitching doesn't give us a quality start, we have virtually zero chance of winning, given our lineup. and what happened to all the running that Bo Porter wanted to do? So far this season we have zero stolen bases. Only the Nats have that few... I guess you need base runners to steal bases, and the Astros are #2 worst in the league in OBP.
No one is getting on base plus we don't have good base stealers and it doesn't make sense anyways to try to steal bases when the one thing we do have is power up and down the lineup. Never understood the comment from the Astros organization that we would be running a lot this season.

I never thought I would see a day when you couldn't take your kids to an Astros game. Looks like that day is coming. You have to be 17 to get into most horror shows.
