I think you are wrong. I think the Hornets wouldn't even consider trading Davis...unless it was for players like Durant or Lebron (who won't be traded any ways...) He's a 'Franchise' Player until proven otherwise. What that means is the organization believes that the player has a shot at growing into a great player. Is Harden that? Who knows? I do know he is 23 years old and is already one of the leagues best scorers.

I say let JLin run the pick and role on every play and let Harden stand on the wing. At least more players will be looking for the pass and the offense won't be as stagnant as when the Beard is the point. Let Harden be the point when JLin is resting.
Ill take a 23 yr old getting 25 5 and 5 in his first yr starting and on a new team. Is he on lebron and Durants level? No, but I can say this with no hesitation he will be the best sg in the league in 1 yr and yes you can def build around harden and with the right peices he can lead u to a chip just as easy as lebron or durant. I love lebron hes the king but let's keep it real here he didn't win a chip till he played with wade and bosh. Every great player needs other great players to win chips. Harden in my mind is already a top 10 player in the league and on his way to top 5 within 2 yrs. team him up with Kevin love and a Allstar wing not superstar and that team contends in 3 yrs possibly winning. U can make this case for a couple young players but not many and harden is in that group.
