Their personalities are so different almost opposite. It's really hard to believe they can be close.

But Lin can sure learn a lot from Rondo's style if he so want to be a pass-first PG. :p

    Off topic but...

Dragic scoop in basket with 0.5 seconds left in the 4th quarter. Gives the Suns a 2 point.

Glad to see Dragic with a clutch, potential game winning shot!

McHale is doing a better job than Sampson yes but his rotations are still very meh to me. To be fair to MacHale tonights game looked like he was still trying to figure things out rotation wise. It is a process.

I posted not to long ago about this to Arthur. Lin attended his charity game held in Harvard when he was in College. There is video of it on youtube. & Lin says Rondo is his favourite PG there is vide of this interview on the rockets site.

Lin also voted for Rondo for the upcoming all-star game.

I think McHale plays with the lineup so much is because he doesn't know what he is going to get from each player offensively every night except for Harden and Parsons. The team is so young that he trusts only a few players and the rest has to prove something to him.

The pic of Pierce and Lin. It must have been after the Knicks/Celtics game.

Just to show how stats lie,

PPat is +8 while Chandler is - 6. Hmmm

So now we know why Lin s been passing up open shots. He's trying to pull a Rondo.

Seriously though, I don't think they are that close. I remember Rondo saying he's gonna kick Lins ass in the summer.

I have no problem with Lin not taking too many shots. 4-8 is totally fine with me. However, I can't say I feel all that comfortable about him passing on wide, open looks.

Not taking "enough" shots and passing on open looks are NOT the same thing. I'm OK with the former but not the latter.

Le sigh. Rondo didn't say this at all.
