I don't understand this at all. Why is Arkansas considered a more attractive job than Wisconsin? Is Bielema just looking for a change or did they "buy" him with a humongous salary?

The word around here (I work at Arkansas State University) is Gus Malzahn has accepted a deal and is leaving to go back to Auburn.

I think he'll have that program going again really soon. The talent there isn't terrible. Even though they weren't recruiting as well as they could have been, the recruiting classes Dooley brought in weren't all that bad.

Predictable hire by Auburn. They should've just given Smart whatever he wanted (then again, Smart is all but guaranteed the Bama job if/when Saban leaves for the Browns). In other news, FIU fired Cristobal out of nowehere and is looking at Butch Davis. I think they're confusing themselves for another school in Miami. Tennessee looks doomed once again. There's not a whole lot to choose from at this rate, unless they somehow manage to lure a guy like Patterson. I'm guessing they're looking at Taggert. Always have to wonder about James Franklin.
