Didnt you know, Harden is supposed to break his career high every game or he is getting worse, right?

 

Why all the negativity? We're up 4 at the half. Isn't that better than expected?

He is indeed...... This is normally one of his strengths...........

The one important element in Lin's game that has been MIA this season is his quick change of direction. He's shown flashes, but that quick change of direction has not been there since the surgery.

 

2/7 is shaky. Thank goodness for FT's.

 

25 mil for a below avg facilitator w/ HS-level handle.

 

We need Parsons and Patterson/other PF to get it going offensively. When their shots start falling it will free up Harden some--and at least keep the defense honest. I've seen 3 Memphis guys key in on Harden on some plays--a good pass to a wide-open player shouldn't be that difficult to execute. key is the shots need to start falling.

 

I want 10+ points and 6+ assists from Lin and 15+ points from Harden in the second half

 

Personal stat is one thing but he is really not getting his teammates involved. He is like a black hole. Once the ball gets to him it stops moving.

 

I honestly think it's because of the team. Both aren't really 1st options(actually Lin showed himself as a great 1st option during Linsanity, but since then he hasn't been used as a first option) and benefited from playing with other stars/better team.

The Knicks last year, talent wise, was stacked. Melo/Stoudemire/Chandler, a very athletic, upcoming lockdown defensive SG in Shumpert and JR Smith/Novak coming off the bench. Harden benefited from being the 3rd option on a stacked OKC team with Durant/Westbrook as 1st/2nd options, and Ibaka/Perkins in the frontcourt with having Sefolosha as a defensive SG option who somtimes played with Harden in 4th quarter.

 

I want a win.

This team was up 8 on the Blazers at halftime at home. The Blazers are not a very good team.

 

Lin better do something or otherwise he is going to get murdered on the boards tonight.

I'd take SF dribbling out the shot clock every other possession over this garbage. We've been very fortunate Memphis are missing makeable shots so far.

 

Honestly, Harden needs to act more like an alpha. If he needs to chuck more so be it. He's a max player so we need to see what he's got.

 

Better than the Rockets at least w/ Aldridge.
