Ya every yr what's your point? the Morris twins were all Americans no sophomore is going to play over that no matter who u are. Plus our own marcus Morris was the big 12 player of the year. It's dumb to say a player is garbage when you haven't seen him play. The guy out rebounded Anthony Davis but you prob never seen him play either.
The Morris twins and TRob were a devastating college front line. Marcus could pretty much do whatever he wanted offensively...while TRob was absolute energy and hustle off the bench. It was the right rotation for that team. The fact TRob improved so much this year bodes well for his upside in the league. He still needs to develop his mid range game and learn to handle the double team. However, his quickness is phenomenal for his size and strength.
Agreed on T-rob Davis will be a bust, Rivers will be a bust, and sullinger will be a bust when he enters next year
No. I definitely don't think Davis will be a bust. I just don't see him leading a team as well as i see Robinson doing so.
No doubt in my mind that Robinson will be a better NBA player than Davis. Davis has a lot of projection that is helping him, but he is not exactly a ntural basketballer like Robinson is. Robinson just has the angles down. He knows what to do and when to do it. Davis is a tall, lanky guy that can block some shots.
Robinson is one of these guys, that you can tell works hard. Just saw this kids story He will def be one of the hard-workers in the NBA, because he has a little sister to support. Anybody who gets T-Rob will get a steal
Davis has great basketball skills. He grew very fast in late high school and college and still has his guard skills from when he was shorter. Don't underestimate him, he is going to be a beast. Higher upside than Robinson, and the same floor. If everything works out perfectly Robinson could become a top 10 player in the NBA, well if everything works out perfectly for Davis he could become a top 3.
Agreed on Sully; he's undersized and heavy-footed. Davis and T-Rob will both be multi-year All-Stars, but Rivers could go the way of a Jerryd Bayless, or blossom into a Russ Westbrook type, with a slightly better jumper.
Rivers isn't physically gifted enough to be WB. He also has a good head on his shoulders and I would be surprised if he isn't better than JayBay.
Opening night. Time to see what Thomas Robinson will do. Although I probably won't see him until February against the Rockets.
A Big Cuz/T-Rob frontcourt could wreak havoc in the WC for many, many years to come. Only 22 and 21 years old. SAC's a big-time wing scorer (Reke's not the answer) away from being the next OKC. T-Rob's warning to the league... <iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Gk_AO89Xxtc" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="360" width="640"></iframe>
