    * DISCLAIMER * i didnt think of this trade so do not spazz out on me

    http://forums.prosportsdaily.com/showthread.php?t=753530

I seen this on another website as I could not sleep....it has some merit to it

The funny thing is Livingston can't be traded until the 27th so........

Neal might be a better option at the backup pg other than Livingston and Douglas. I never liked Patterson due to the fact he always seem timid when he plays.

What say you guys about this rumor deal....to me its a win-win-win for all three teams involved

Wait, so how does Toronto trade a first round pick in that scenario? Don't we already own their first?

Gary Neal would be a much better option at back up guard. He is still very young, he has play off experience and would be great playing with Lin. He passes the ball well, is a good shooter, can create for himself and others. I doubt he makes the Rockets remarkably better in terms of wins but he just provides some stability behind Lin and beside Lin in spurts.

what are Raptors giving up? They get Blair and Bonner, to serviceable players AND they want a pick.

Clearly big piece missing here coming from the Raptors probably to the Rockets. DeRozan? that would be my guess.

If the Spurs want PPat, I think we should keep PPat.

but the Raptors have no exceptions as far as i see, and they are over cap.
so the Rockets have to take money back one way or another. the question, who.

I'm not too excited about getting a first rounder from the best regular season team of the last decade.

Doesn't Morey prefer early second-rounders to late first-rounders.

I know we need to ship him, but this seems a bit cheap.

Maybe a late first rounder can be valueable to another GM?

Unless Martin is moved we are three deep aat SG considering Delfino and Lamb. So Gary will likely play the point. Neal is better than Douglas or Machado.

what's wrong with 27? it means he's only entering his prime. and since he's not a huge athlete and mainly a shooter, he has at least 5 good years left.
could possibly improve too, since he's not a typical NBA 27 year old, less miles.
