    Excellent work.

    You can almost see how it is all coming together for this guy in the matter of a
    weeks worth of work. It's starting to click for him. He probably thought he
    could do this before now, but he actually knows he can now. As a result, his
    confidence is growing. You can see it in his eyes, his speech and the way he
    answers the questions. It's really great to see. I wonder if he has any idea
    how many of us are pulling for him?

    Man, I reeeally hope we retain Royce. Look, clearly Lamb/DMo have more star potential but this guy is SPECIAL. Plus, I love his attitude and style, guy is not cocky just honest and sure of himself.
