If the Rockets get Martin and Scola out of the way then the plan is to just go young then which is what people have begged for since it became clear that Yao was done.

 

Why lose him for nothing! Even if it's part of an effort to clear cap room for Gordon it's like loin lauding another asset to get a deal done. I'm really angry. feigen better be wrong

I like Courtney over Dragic. I wouldve liked him to stay with us long term along with Lowry. If we're doing this just to resign Dragic this is a huge setback. Lowry needs to be here next year

Looks like we are tanking fellas. But it's a good young tanking that isn't miserable. They will be young and fun to watch but just no winning. Get a top pick next year. Build the franchise up

 

I believe that unless we trade Martin for Gordon/Howard etc. Martin will be the starting SG at least until the trade deadline. Break Lamb in nice and easy. A good thing.

 

I'm starting to agree...why the hell didn't he just dump Martin for cap space?? I hate Martin!!! Maybe we are going to S&T Martin and other young players for Gordon...but if Lamb, White, Motie, Parsons happen to be any of those young players I'm going to lose it!!

Afterall, even with Lee gone, we still have Martin and Lamb. Thats good enough for me.

What if we are working on getting Gordon here? Lee would be useless to us because I'd want Lamb backing Gordon up.

Other teams are competing for free agents with the Rockets. They know the situation and aren't going to bail them out with a trade like that.
