martin gives up too much on D... also with foul rules being changed to where he can't get to the line as much I expect less points from him... it's likely addition by subtraction. Martin can score but it takes more than scoring to be in the league.

i think if we can't get a young guy like marc gasol or deandre jordan, i'd rather save the cap space for this summer and go after dwight (if he's not a laker) or deron williams. maybe even just save the cap space for blake griffin the following year.

Scola and Dragic for Gasol would be genius... even if we include a first rounder. If that is the trade, I´d be happy. But we would take on a lot of salary and wouldn`t have nearly enough for a FA center.

If you don't like this deal I think you are crazy. Pau and Lee is much better on the court to balance the starting lineup. It also makes chase palatable starting at SF. If we get nene on top of it that's the icing on the cake.
He's so far better than Lowry in ANY league if he is given freedom to play his game that it's not even worthy of a discussion. The only shooting guards in the NBA that are in the class of Navarro are Wade, Kobe, and Manu. Navarro is better than any other shooting guard in the NBA. And once again, basic basketball knowledge.......Lowry does not even have anything to do with this. Navarro is a shooting guard and has been one his whole career. NBA only fans that know nothing about basketball are under the delusion that he is a point guard, despite that he is not. Gasol/Navarro combo is much better than Yao/McGrady combo.
