Yeah, Russ Small almost made me stop listening to KTRH when they were the king of sports talk in Houston. Small just babbled and mumbled half the time. Charlie Pallilo used to have a show on KTRH with Russ and another one with Rich Lord back in the day. That dude gets stuck with some serious dead weight. lol. I remember when Pallilo came on the air, people called up other shows and complained about him sounding like some 13 year old kid struggling to go through puberty.
Thats kinda sad if true. Innis and Rich arent all that bad when they're working with other people, but damn they sure do suck when theyre together. Pretty much switch to the during commercials at times. Often switch back pretty fast considering how annoying they are. BTW Charlie calling ESPN a hoe yesterday was pretty funny.
Rich has a good conversational voice that I think keeps people listening, but after really thinking about what he's saying anyone that has more than an average level of insight about sports can tell that his head is so far up his ass that he can't think straight. Innes just comes off as kind of a douche in the little time I've listened to him.
Because he's been on so many years, I'm used to Rich and he doesn't bother me much. Josh Innes grates on me like scratching a chalkboard. If he would avoid talking about himself so much, I might be able to handle it.
610 has an ace in the hole, and it isn't their on air talent. As long as they have the Texans and Rockets they will be up there in ratings...if not leading.

Man, I was listening to 790 online all this week in the mornings while here at work and just yesterday they decide to block that site. Now I won't be able to listen to Lance because I get to work around 6:30 and I can't stream. Fiddlesticks.

Yup. Since Howard Stern works like 2 days a week now and takes vacation every other week, this app is gold. BTW- Wade Phillips on a mobile was hilarious this morning. Big fan.
For me its 790 all day now. Matt, Adam, and Lance...Matt Thomas, and CP. I refuse to listen to 610 in the afternoon, because Josh Innes is an annoying idiot.
