I'm guessing Dirk walked off so he wouldn't spread his germs to D-Wade and LeBron?

I don't think I've ever seen a team like this.

So many veterans who have been close before to getting it before coming together and just pulling it off.

He had arranged to have the trophy presented to the original owner of the Mavs. Moment in the limelight, but he stepped down.

    DANG IT CUBAN.

I wanted to see Stern hand him a trophy just to see the look on Stern's face.

And they give it to this old guy? COME ON.

For this Rockets fan, the 2011 Mavs were almost likable. They are sooooo much different than the 2006 team. I also have to give them serious props for winning despite losing their 2nd best player, Caron Butler. When he went down, I completely wrote them off. Overcoming that was a great accomplishment. It wasn't anything close to Clutch City, but this championship feels special IMO.

At least Riley can use James or Bosh to get whoever he wants to build around the only real winner on his team, the oscar-nominated Wade.

Where is that gold digger that got knocked up by Dirk? Didn't see her in the back area.

The man can't shoot. It's quite simple as that. Zone D by Dallas was great, they really kept the two (Wade&Lebum) out of the key for the most part.

Chris Bosh once again with the spot-on Octavianus impression. He calls this one the Octavianus LeChoke on LeBron.

The Celts did it in their first year, of course they had a great supporting cast however.

Mark Jackson just said "Jason Kidd's DNA is all over this teams trophy". LOL, sounds like a sticky situation

Props to Dallas. They wanted it. Miami clearly didn't, cuz all they had to do was hit some ft's.

Major props to Cuban for letting the original owner accept it.

Did Mark Jackson just says Jason Kidd's DNA is all over the trophy? Gross.

That is not a given. They better shore up their outside shooting woes
They can expect to see that zone early and often
You cannot blame the support cast overly much
. . . The big three were putting up their same numbers
their end of the load. . .that the others were lead to expect from them
