refs need to stop this BS with Giannis elbowing his way to the rim and getting gifted with every call How are u supposed to guard this dude? If u play up on him, he’ll elbow u and rush to the rim where he’ll get gifted with a foul call every time. If u try to avoid contact, he’s too long and athletic and will finish at the rim every time. dude should be getting at least 3 offensive fouls every game
In hindsight, maybe bucks coach should have left Lopez in there instead of Korver. Korver a shooting threat, also gave that bad foul on House. It all worked out at the end.
Enjoy the night, folks. Will probably target the 3rd seed. Would have wanted to watch an OKC seeding game by now.
Honestly, we beat anyone comfortably if we hit that clip from 3. And to be fair, the amount of missed 3s directly correlate to the opposing team's defensive rebounding; since we missed 40 3s (lol jfc), that's essentially 40 long rebounds by the opposing team. Not to say we shouldn't hustle for every rebound, but it's hard to secure 40 offensive rebounds. Furthermore, we let Lopez get 11 pts above his average, Middleton and Giannis get 6 above their average and still won the game. If we hit more 3s and/or Harden has a good game by his standards, we win easy.
seriously. It was nice seeing that roided clown walking down the loser tunnel with his elbow bleeding everywhere.
Yep agreed. They have a choice to make leaving Brook out there. They leave him in and dominate the boards, but sacrifice endless open threes. In a typical game, where the rockets shoot better, they’ll be having to play catch up under the illusion that consistent post ups to Brook and drives by Giannis can keep up with three after three.
All the casuals that still think you can’t mitigate the rebounding numbers by focusing on other areas got another prime example tonight omg dominated on the boards=automatic loss is nonsense
the abc crew, mike breen especially was trying to make it like harden kicked wes matthews in the groin. They replayed that at least 3 times, and hardens foot never came close to matthews junk
Our guys are fighting hard. Its difficult to watch certain players struggle on offense (looking at you wide-open Tucker), but hey... thats the best team in the league.
Eventhough the shooting was terrible the defense showed up clutch. Didn't know we could do that. Proud of our team tonight.
