Every month or so, Trump seems to up the number of lives he saved with the actions he took against the pandemic. First it was 50 to 60,000 people, then it was 100,000 people, then it skipped to a million, then to 1 to 2 million, and then a full-on 2 million. Now, it's "had we not done what we did, we could've had 2 to 3 million lives lost." Laugh out loud.
It’s incredible that anybody would listen to this guy anymore. I mean he gets a question like this (should schools reopen?) and instantly turns it into “we saved millions of lives by doing what we did.” Like WTF... baffling. And then he gets another simple question (do you acknowledge community spread as a possible reason?) and the guy instantly turns it into Obama and Biden stopped testing. My goodness, the dude is just a flat-out terrible leader. And I honestly can’t believe anybody can listen to him and think “That’s the guy I want leading my country for four more years!” And the really sad part is that there are millions of people who actually think that.
The sheer idiocy of this presidency... literally, the same day the press sexytary (remember when she promised to never lie?) said "And to the notion that there's opposition research and that there's Fauci versus the President, it couldn't be further from the truth" trump's deputy chief of staff puts out this...
WTF moment of the day. Or at least the first one of the day. https://news.yahoo.com/trump-blames-obama-biden-coronavirus-testing-fact-check-204552449.html “We have one of the lowest mortality rates anywhere,” the president said before pivoting to an attack on Barack Obama and Joe Biden, the presumptive 2020 Democratic nominee. “Biden and Obama stopped their testing,” Trump said. “They just stopped it. You probably know that. I’m sure you don’t want to report it. But they stopped testing. Right in the middle, they just went, ‘No more testing.’” [Edit] Looked like NewRoxFan beat me to it.
....about TIME somebody got around to blaming Obama... ...I was starting to think this wasn't America there, for a minute...
If you have no integrity and you are a pathological liar, what does it matter? You will say anything, no matter how ridiculous and no matter how much of a lie. While we know trump lies all the time, the blame falls on those that don't call him out on it and those that believe and repeat his lies.
I guess voting in an incompetent pathological liar who ignores medical, scientific, and economic experts wasn't such a good idea in 2016?
Someone...ANYONE...from the right, please defend this statement. I have to know what the defense of it would be.
I'm not on the right but he was trying to hearken back to the Ebola outbreak that Obama and Biden dealt with. Problem with his reasoning is that they stopped testing because the outbreak was contained. He continues to try to push this idea that COVID is only spreading because we are testing and not...you know...because it's an extremely contagious virus. His whole statement that others are cutting out: Again, just madness that he can't stop with trying to talk about testing...as if that's the problem. He continues to try to think that the virus will magically go away and stop killing people, that hospitals will no longer be full, that everyone will just forget about it if we don't test. Just a complete dereliction of leadership on his part and shows just how unfit he is to lead.
Now Israel and hong kong is seeing the error of opening schools to soon. http://bbs.clutchfans.net/index.php...avirus-response.304358/page-206#post-13004664 https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...-shut-schools-again-as-local-virus-cases-jump
I’m trying to figure out what maybe he was trying to say. I have nothing. Absolutely nothing. I would really like to hear how Kayleigh McEnany would try to spin this.
