Lol what'd you expect after trading Dhop the rest of the media has woken up and realized that BOB has wrecked this squad. Dhop with his amazing catches along with D4 was something folks wanted to see...well now we have a whole bunch of has beens getting paid what we would've gave Dhop

One player = "Wrecked this Squad"? Please. DHop was not THAT good. Texans win games game, I'm sure there games will be flexed at the end of the season. Personally, I LOVE Noon Kickoffs...

Playing the Chiefs week 1 is a BENEFIT for the Texans. Texans know what the Chiefs do, on offense and defense. The basics are not going to change there. The Chiefs will not know what to expect from the Texans, on offense or defense.

now were at the point where hopkins is not that good. really..ok. people will tell themselves anything. there's levels to this. if you don't understand the difference an elite player makes on your team, you probably never will.

Hopkins not that good. what a shame how unappreciative someone can get. you hate to see it

Billy Bob doesn't do well in primetime. It's a good thing they don't have many.

So you are saying that Andy Reid will not be able to change things up and out coach Bill O'Brien?

O'Brien out-coached Reid in the first game last season. However, I'm talking about the Coordinators are different. We have no clue how Tim Kelly nor Anthony Weaver will scheme the game.

It is not that Hopkins was not GREAT. However, he was not the whole team. Elite WRs can make your team great......however, they are not key to winning a SuperBowl.

If this is the way to judge things then almost every recent champion had an elite tight end.

Good thing the Texans really upgraded in that... oh wait, nevermind.

C'mon now, DHop has the best hands in the NFL. Yes, he's not fast, but he made some miraculous snags over the years. With that said, I see what BOB is trying to do. Because Watson is an elite deep ball thrower, he's trying to develop a WR corps of elite deep ball catchers. Pretty simple really. If these guys stay healthy and it all clicks with Timmy at OC, then it could be a lot of fun, but there's more risk to this group w/o DHop on the field.

Ofcourse there is more Risk. However, there is some truth to the theory Hopkins was limiting Watson's growth. This will force Watson to spread the ball around and not feel obligated to get the ball to Hopkins. Will it work? I guess we will see.

LOL it's fans like yourselves who eventually buy into mediocrity and this is what this franchise is. I guess you've joined BOB on the side of just stupidity. DHop is a hall of famer but in you're eyes he's not THAT good yea OK. Just keep in mind we gave up two first rounders in the Tunsil deal and what did we get in return for a future hall of famer, a has been running back and a 2nd rounder. And then to make matters worse lets go sign a washed up receiver and trade for an injury prone one who make up the salary DHop makes but you go ahead and keep drinking that BOB kool aid. This team ain't doing jack this year and BOB is only capable of getting us AFC South championships nothing beyond that.
