It's really crazy. I actually saw someone's Tesla plays.... I think they're close to 900k-1mil on profit on heavy calls they made in the last month..... Just absurd.

Im glad someone's doing the plays people have brought up here (hopefully someone here has made a lot of money too)

Premarket has gone down 100 points in the last 30 minutes. Something is going on I think. Shorts are about to make $$ now I think.

I think they hopefully sold the contracts or hopefully cashed some. I mean that's an amazing return on their tesla calls alone. But def agree, market is wild on the swings., I need USO to trend down, haha

Does anyone here think it's possible if the government could be funneling money to prop up the market? I don't mean only by conventional means. More injections of money in futures etc

LUV looks attractive at this price but I'm a bit concerned about the 55-77 million additional shares they're issuing to raise money. Surely that's gotta be priced in by now right? Thinking of setting a limit buy at $30.50

Did you have options? Or just shares?

    my bad; sorry about that.

the silver lining is that this down day was the result of lower-than-normal trading volume. so, there is not much conviction to the decline.

BX's current uptrend remains intact, still think that it will close the 54.5 - 56.5 gap

warning, my view is from a swing trader's perspective

Well that escalated quickly. Took off the Visa options. Bought the may 1st 180 calls at 2.44 and sold them at 2.95 in a matter of a few minutes.

    Still holding shares into earnings.

WTF Amazon. Using your $4 billion in profit for Covid related expenses and keeping employees safe? Costing share prices to dump after hours with that nonsense.

Shares only. Not worried long term but could have made a nice return on them and AMZN but was too greedy in both cases. All good though...

Cook paints a rosy picture for APPL > stock up
Bezos and Musk too blunt (honest?) > stocks down

Apple just wants you to know they're recovering from the bottom in terms of the supply chain.
Bezos is just trying to cover his ass by saying "see? we're not just about the money -- we're taking care of these employees who are protesting"
Musk is just flippin' crazy and trying to prove it.
