Perhaps better testing... and other places just aren't catching it. Or the smoking culture... and aged population. Also the fact that they got flooded with Chinese tourists. I was there two months prior to this and saw this from a kilometer away. About 80% of the people around me were in Chinese tour groups.

USA is not gonna recover. I'm in the medical field and there's too many fomites and nasty people boomers that didn't think germs exist. Cant call terminal cleaning on every single room for everyone or suspicions. There's too many things that require the touch of your hand like handles, buttons, etc...I've been an OCD germaphobe for a long time and now I see everyone turning into one.
Wuhan is a city... not a race. Funny how China and its puppets are pushing this narrative to save face. They don't want the label because China and the Communist Party can't be seen in a negative way. Calling it something akin to Yellow Fever would be racist. I would propose we call it Mao Virus since it's clearly an escaped virus from the lab in Wuhan.

I do not think it is just panic, but everything closing down in Europe starting this or next week. Pharmacies, banks, supermarkets open.
