Should you really be blaming Trump for this ? What he says may not be what he's thinking , saying or doing behind closed doors. The "we failed" is on those very doctors who should have been doing these things regardless of what Trump may be telling the masses. This is their job .... being the experts in the field and all. Look , I don't like Trump any more than you do .... but blaming him for literally everything is just disingenuous. We really don't know who they are in contact with in trying to figure out how to stop this mess or the logistics of millions of tests .... that the lab groups don't have the capacity to handle. I really have no problem with telling "the world" (everybody - no exceptions) sorry , the doors are closed until we get this virus isolated - its in everyone's best interest. That doesn't mean we can't work together on a solution. Isolating the virus is the key to A) stopping the spread and B) preventing a recurrence. Think SARS in 2003 which there have been no cases of since.

The right loves to twist their racist ideas as just being anti-PC while spinning the left as racist. Saying that Mexicans are mostly rapists and we should let people in from "shithole" countries isn't the same thing as saying one should get ethnic when cleaning their countertops
On a lighter note, Colbert doing a rehearsal/no audience show while drinking bourbon beneath his desk is kind of .... awesome?
