They seem so contradictory in styles Lou seems to be a finesse player EGo is power and strength. I think they fit their teams. I think on the Clippers Ego's power is redundant On the Rockets Lou's finesse would be too much of a defensive liability Let's see what happens tonite. Rocket River
Lou is a sixth man that's actually being used a sixth man. Gordon is a sixth man that the team is forcing as the third option.
Ego possible needs less time. I think 25 minutes a game should be his tops but closer to 20 Rocket River
For the regular season, Lou Williams. Playoff time, Eric Gordon. Mike needs to stop the Rivers/Gordon/Ben/Green lineups.Have defenders on the floor at all times. Not using DeMarre and Thabo is criminal.
I mean they have more than enough players, the 7th, 8th, 9th man that can play the 6th man role.....too deep. Jamychal, Reg Jax, Harrell, McGruder, Shamet, whoever I didn't mention.
When the trade for CP3 went down I was disappointed they gave up Lou instead of EG. My choice then was Lou Williams and that never changed. EG is good when he’s on but he seems to get butthurt about being a 6th man instead of a starter and he’s way too streaky. I prefer a consistent good rather than a hot and cold which still averages out to good.
