It's a blend of both Moreyball and D'Antoni's work with PGs and spacing. It's a good partnership but both are not known for intense Defense.
And yet our switch everything defense is rising up the rankings, like it does around ASB since MDA has been here. The difference is in the amount of turnovers created due to Rockets having more individual disruptors now.
Yeah but imagine if Tilman could pay for elite disruptors like Kawhi, PG13 or even a Danny Green, we wouldn't have to worry for half a season every year. We would worry about old arse Iggy....
I would love that too, but there is this thing called a salary cap. But that does not mean Tilly is not cheap because he has had multiple opportunities to make this a lot easier on Morey and MDA. Not to mention all Rockets fans. Still hoping for AG next season, would be our Shawn Marion/Amare Stoudemire hybrid.
i feel u bro. i was in a motorcycle crash n fractured my femur. n was bed ridden for 2 months. n couldnt really walk for 6. it was horrible. first thing i asked the doc. will i.ever be able to play basketball again
Same question I asked!! LOL Mine is tibia fracture. Rehab is for 6 months. But at least cleared to return to work early next month. Going stir crazy, too much time on my hands now.
I plan ahead, beyond WB and even Harden. A guard swingman combo would be neat. I think the Worriers did just that, weren't satisfied with just 3 Allstars, had to get Durant too. To get greedy even when you are a historic team.
Rockets can only dream about defeating Curry and Klay Thompson. Harden was able to dance on kemba walker,after jaylen brown, and Celtics after the defense soften them up. Covington blocked kemba walker twice and brown had his ankle broke trying to stop Westbrook!
I think the rest of the schedule is the 3rd easiest in the West? I do not think the D would be properly tested for the Playoffs.
LOL, okay but I'm taking the more positiveslant. I think the D will use next 28 days to sharpen up communication and chemistry. Houston will use this stretch to rocket up D rankings IMO.
