No one is moving past it until that happens. You don't get to cheat your way to a world series and then when you're caught just say, "Oh well. Time to move on. We'll rally together." That's not how morality works.

Honestly, if people can't move on, sounds like their problem and grudge to bear. At least get it right. They expressed remorse and regret and apologized for the situation they put the MLB in. After that, yes, next step is to move on and rally together. Not much else to do.
They admitted they cheated. I don't remember A-rod begging for forgiveness. No matter how much they apologize, to some it will never be enough.
Marwin Gonzalez was the only one that did that. Crane, Altuve, Bregman, etc. have expressed remorse for being caught.
