Look at what Morey did with Clint. Again playing time is earned.
We have enough Wings. We need someone that can help Harden with his Pick n roll game which is extremely effective. Tyson Chandler is rotting on the bench. Hartenstein either understands how to play it properly or we dump his ass too. As of right now we need a Clint filler for a few minutes of each game.

He is a very good defender and there is a belief by some in the league that he will thrive under a different style. Honestly if he hit 35% of his 3’s he would be very valuable.

He is an incredible defender and athletic as all hell. Plus he shot 35% from 3 one year. Worth a flier imo

Harkless is playing tonight, so maybe he wants to stay.

Evan Turner might go to Boston

And Dallas is the favorite for MKG

its been like 8 years, dude can't even get on the court for a garbage team. And he's only shot 100 3s in his life. He's not an NBA player

Nope. Heard Morey say they feel they don’t need anything and may not be aggressive on the buyout market. Of course if someone shakes loose that they are interested in, they’ll try.

Injuries have derailed his career. A healthy MKG has value.

Morley is losing it if he thinks that bench is sufficient for a title run

Yeah that’s what I said about Johnson.
Are you sure about Dieng? Pretty sure he’s expiring.

Edit: He’s expiring. Great post on your part.

I hope he's neck deep in scouring the buyout market. If he isn't he's crazy, and I don't think he's crazy. We need more than we have now for the post-season, in my opinion. Daryl can say what he likes for public consumption, but I'm not buying that his quote is on the level.

We don’t need anything? That is complete bs. He can’t look at our roster and not see that we need upgrades...this is pathetic

    What? Perfect roster!o_O

Okay, so my comment stirred it up a little. Maybe he’s taking the opposite approach for once by not saying the Rockets will be predatory.

The Rockets clearly need to be deeper than they are currently. Problem is, it’s all scraps at the moment.

The best players released will either play on the cheap for the best chance for a ring or if they think they have a decent chance to get a ring and get rewarded for the remainder of their career.

At this point it's pretty well known that the Rockets won't go over the tax and will have very little money to offer next year. Not a lot of plusses for a player nearing the remaining years of their career. We might have a chance to pick up a bust cut, but we all know how that works out for us. Hence the reason Morey said he's happy with the roster. He has little choice but to be happy with the roster for the remainder of the season.

ANY big man with size that can shot the 3 but still offer some rim protection is what the team needs now.

It is still small ball in the sense that we have four 3pt shooters AND Russ. Yet, on the defensive end we have a shot blocker who can hopefully rebound and guard true bigs.

Deandre was just a big name Tilman was familiar with. Bolden intrigues. Bring back Donuts!

He is an NBA player if for no other reason than he is a very good defender. He will get at least 1-2 more chances.

We do not need that big man to shoot 3's. That's a commodity. We need him to protect the paint and roll to the basket with james and catch a lob. We need him to get tip in baskets. We need a cheaper Clint Capella that also does not demand alot of time on the floor but when he is he does the lil things that Harden needs when Westbrook is sitting.
Tucker is the perfect Center when westbrook is on the floor. Just not for James.
