Not sure Thabo would be cut before a couple other players. Thabo can defensively play center and he at least has a chance offensively.
For lack of better options I'd pick up O'Quinn. Stout; gives us the body needed (though a bit lack of height). Pesky, hustle player. Reliable rebounding rate / capability. Does have very limited offense weaponry, though.
you better bet if Chandler gets on the court and we are not up by 20 something is wrong and the man from Mullens, WV is pissed about it.
MKG at C for the Harden only lineups would be insane. The guy is Scottie Pippen on Defense. He is dreadful as a SF/PF, but as a C for Mike D'Antoni he would be incredibly valuable. Again though, he could never be on the floor with Westbrook.
I'm still bitter JaMychal Green decided to take less money and sign with the Clips. oh and tilman for not grabbing him when he had the chance during last years deadline. This dude would fit like a glove in this lineup and is exactly the type of player they're looking for
Do you think Bolden has some of that same potential? Long, can move, and has a really good shooting stroke. On a low non-guaranteed contract for next two years.
Yeah he is perfect. I don't think it will be as easy as people think to supplant Thabo. (Especially in D'Antoni's eyes...)
I need a crash course on this guy for anyone that is familiar with him haha. his name seems to be popping up even by bima
I'm hearing this guy will probably be available too.....Bobby Portis! He's a scorer, 6'10" and while he is not good on the perimeter, we do know that he can block shots, plus he's a FIGHTER. REALLY!!
Bobby Portis? The Knicks have several veterans who could be buyout candidates. Big men Taj Gibson and Bobby Portis, and guards Reggie Bullock, Wayne Ellington and Elfrid Payton could all be let go to join contenders.21 hours ago sports.yahoo.com › top-five-players-who-could-land-on-the-buyout-ma... He is about 6'9" long with a 7'0" wingspan. He is well coached as his father was a professional basketball player and later a coach. He was a guard going into college and at UCLA I want to say they moved him inside. He wasn't happy about it so he left UCLA and declared for the draft. He moves well, overall a good athlete for a 5..... he can block some shots, get rebounds and his open 3's. Typically his view that he is a guard and not a center has hurt his NBA career....... however I am curious, it may be a perfect fit for the Rockets. He is not huge on banging though.
HOU should put a claim in for Jonah bolden. jonah bolden 6'8" with a 7'3" wingspan Then sign Kyle O'Quinn 6'10" with a 7'5" wingspan
