I don’t think the OP is making a dig at Harden so much as the style of basketball. Personally, I’m bored to death watching guys pass on mid range shots and layups only to attempt 3’s. Westbrook is extremely talented, so you can’t marginalize his talents by making him a shooter. Harden, as an all-time great they can do it all, but this system requires that he either take a 3 or break down the defense to set up another player for a 3. Thats 80% of the offense. I would love to see Harden and Westbrook on a team that also features an inside presence, and I’m not talking about lobs to Capela. It’s pretty simple... once the Rockets go cold from beyond the arc, they lose. When we hit 3’s we win. The question is whether that’s sustainable in the playoffs.

To each their own I guess. I'd rather see them play in whichever style gives them the most wins and the best shot at a championship.
There not better without Harden they need good activity basketball that makes them a threat while at the same time blending in with what James is doing
5 players reaching double digits is a sweet thing, the beard can think about it (16TO is horrible and hurting)
Yeah, let him adapt to us losing more games. I love the way people think it's because Harden takes the ball and isolates is the problem. The reason Harden does it is because he's more likely to win us a game.
Buuuulllcrap. Nobody was happy when we were 8th seed every year playing an 'attractive' brand of ball.
