The point on polling has been argued and proven false numerous times before: Here's the Real Clear Politics polling info for the last week leading up to the election: https://www.realclearpolitics.com/e...rump_vs_clinton_vs_johnson_vs_stein-5952.html As you can see, the national polls were pretty close to the actual results (Clinton won the popular vote by around 2%) when you consider statistical error. Here are more detailed analyses of polling and the 2016 presidential election. they may be idiots but their viewpoint is probably consistent with that of millions of your fellow citizens not to mention their representatives in Congress . . . just sayin'
gaetz needs to be the official spokesperson for the republican party. He has the lying part down cold...
Probably more millions of Americans believe in Single Payer which the WSJ would eviscerate ... just sayin'
but do those many more millions' representatives in Congress believe in Single Payer? that's the real question.
Congress represents the people that give them money, supporting the positions they advocate for. Investing in self-aggrandizing, over promising, obfuscation and outright lying yields profits. It's incentive is not limited by legality or morality, but only by a greater monetary loss. Arguments for the non-profit greater good are usually drowned out. i.e. tobacco, climate change , Vietnam and now Afghanistan, mass transit, clean coal, private health insurance etc. etc. Where is the retail consumer going to get a clear explanation of the contrasts between the current system and a single payer system? From their Congressman?
gaetz walked into the door... and since republicans have already sullied the reputation of congress... perhaps the next Democrat should ask about gym jordan's eyesight and judgement allowing young men to be molested in the ohio state showers while he was assistant coach?
We should just declare president imperial emperor while in office, they cannot be touched. This is pretty much where we are headed.
Turley on the Monmouth poll numbers https://jonathanturley.org/2019/12/...-poll-shows-majority-now-opposes-impeachment/
I see what you did Vennbro, you took an outlier poll, crossed it up with an outlier law professor, and planted a turd in the sweet, sweet shaded area Maybe, in light of this, the house won't vote to impeach KEEP HOPE ALIVE
