OK so you want him to risk a charge or force a bad shot? he's wide open, he's done it many times in his career. he should shoot those. if he passes up that shot there may not be another good one.

Westbrooks late game shot selection will be the death of us.

I can't for the life of me see us winning 4 close playoff series with him constantly jacking up shots.

Even his open shots, which he usually has to take, are poor shots.

Showing how important Harden shooting 25 times.

No matter how good his shooting, if Harden still shoot 18 times, we still can’t win.

Our defense was on "off" early season (Bucks, Heat)

    Injuries vs Nuggets and Clippers

Harden and Co still has much to prove postseason though, true.

Rockets are 8-2 in last 10 games. Relax everyone. Get this W against the Mavs and everything will be alright.

Key Takeaways, We didnt have Gordon and House, two key three point shooters out of a double team, Westbrook was horrible late, Shooting the 3 isnt as bad not getting back on Defense after Clint gets blocked yet, which led to that wide open lou shot. He was just standing there for couple seconds after the block SMH

Rockets were clearly in scramble mode in the final 2 minutes. They basically gave that game away. Not too pissed. With Gordon and House back I think we beat them.

Crazy how you can see these type of losses from a mile away.

Every single time the rockets had a chance to blow the game open they did dumb shyt.

Westbrook missing layups and free throws
    Harden missing free throws
Capela being soft as baby shyt at the rim

There were so many moments in the game the rockets couldnt have blown up thier lead and held it the rest of the way.

To be fair, the second three came in transition when Capela was late getting back and guarding nobody in the lane after Rivers opted to take Harrell inside instead of Williams in the corner.

Might be in the minority here, but I didn't think the Rockets played terribly in the clutch this game. Capela shouldn't have been stuffed, and Westbrook shouldn't be missing layups, but the Rockets were still able to make things happen in the late game.

If the Rockets didn't get into the penalty in the first 2 minutes of the 4th on those stupid calls, I think we could've won this game by 7-8. Hell, like a lot of other people said, if we just hit our free-throws we'd have the victory.

Overall the team is looking better, and loved Mclemore's hustle this game. If he can play like this, when House (and later Gordon) return to the team he'll still be a valuable rotation piece.

I'm mad we couldn't get the W, but there are a lot of positives to be gleaned from this game.

3 games in a row where Clips were in position to lose

Clint had a chance to grab Russels bricked 3. Got boxed out by Lou Williams.

no such thing as less pathetic refs in the nba - especially with LA teams.
agreed that we could've played much better if at full strength and if we hit our fts at our normal rate then even with 8v5 we would've won.
