if they call this game fair harden is an nba champion are you gonna sit there and blame harden for refs blatantly swallowing the whistles? he did the best he could and was about to beat HEALTHY warriors, klay dray durant and steph all of them... he was blowing them out in the first half when the refs suddenly stop whistling the legit fouls how come harden is to blame for this ? noone can beat the refs... thats the nature of the game
lol 36 would be one of the greatest games for perhaps any player in the league scoringwise.. and i feel harden was kinda disappointing tonight as per scoring less than 40(not that i would be impressed much by 40+ game from him)
Random stat Harden scored more points last season (2,818) than in hIs 3 seasons with OKC (2,795) On pace to score 3,215 points this year. Good chance to score 3,000 if he plays in enough games. Players to score over 3,000 Wilt- three times Jordan- once (3,041)
Random stat. James Harden And Westbrook's combined career points scored is exactly 93 points behind Kareem's total career points scored. Another way to say this is Kareem scored A LOT of points.
3,000 points in a season would be epic. 3,000 points + 60 wins. Guaranteed MVP (OK ... not guaranteed. Giannis will have a strong MVP-caliber season too).
Going back to the end of last season, Harden has the longest streak of games with at least 10 FTAs since 1964. http://bkref.com/tiny/NN3pt
I agree on Lebron but disagree strongly on Kawhi. Kawhi can't do what players like Harden and Lebron can. I mean, maybe he wouldn't have "**** the bed" and would have had a nicer box score with better shooting percentages but if you switch out Harden for Kawhi directly there's no chance we win game 6 or game 7.
This was one of the few times I've truly believed officiating was rigged. I will never, ever, ever get over this game.
its ok its the biggest compliment harden and rockets can get..its greater than the ring.. you know that they knew the warriors are losing it and needed to intervene to save 5 allstars, 6 hofers 2x MVPs, team playing vs harden ALONE. Even if the officiating was fair, the fact that the series was CLOSE and that it took a big injury and historical aberation in 3pt shooting to lose it makes him greater than any of his opponents on the other side, durant curry klay dray Kerr etc because he played ALONE vs all of them btw
James Harden is averaging 12.8 FT per game this season. Good for #1 in the NBA history! The Beard is making history on a nightly basis. http://bkref.com/tiny/a577C
Rockets might not even make the playoffs with all those DNPs And jusr imagine Harden Lowry Green Siakam Gasol Ibaka Vanfleet etc in the Least
