Ravens return the ass-whooping we served them in '12. Ravens won the SB that year. So you know what's coming for us ....

Well first I would like to thank the Texans for coming through, Christmas shopping will be taken care of. Second.... know what sucks? That stomach in the pit of your stomach when you realize that the Ravens rebuilt quicker than the Texans, are clearly better than the Texans, have better scouting and coaching than the Texans and have their draft picks.... that reality really sucks.
This will always happen on the road against well coached teams, as long as this idiot is still our coach.
This is some BS. They shouldve got their asses kicked 41-14. At least then, they couldve held their heads high.
The Texans always manage to meet my expectations...unfortunately. No matter what people are on the field, the results in big games always stay the same.
Bill O'Brien: 'Tough day' Bill O'Brien on Ravens: 'They did some really good things' 'It was terrible' Bill O'Brien on Deshaun Watson: 'I have to do a better job for Deshaun' 'We didn't start well offensively' "I don't know. I have no idea. I have no idea what pass interference is anymore." 'You've got to turn the page and move on quickly' “We just couldn’t do much of anything today.”
Texans history consists of every time you think they've turned a corner and we've got something good they play a stink bomb game and regress or have major (QB) injuries. If the Texans won these 3 games then 100% chance Watson wasn't walking away from that third game.
The easiest team in the league to forecast week to week. I told everyone we would get crushed. I knew, because we never ever do, we would not rise to the occasion. Our coach is always thoroughly outcoached by average or better coaches. Bill Obrien flat out sucks and so do the Texans. This will never change under that clown coach. totally inept on both sides of the ball. Completely unprepared. Disgusting that Obrien has lasted this long. He is total trash and so is the team. Trash every year. Even when we have a miracle playoff year we are still trash. Get that ****ing guy outta here already.
Smith: Another insulting no-show by Bill O'Brien's Texans The Texans would have been much better off just staying in Houston, preparing for Thursday Night Football and a big home game against the AFC South rival Indianapolis Colts. Then again, the Texans barely showed up in Baltimore. It was 41-7 Lamar Jackson's team on Sunday. Deshaun Watson didn't finish the game. Bill O'Brien's team barely played in it, trailing 34-0 and getting absolutely shredded in the biggest NFL game of the week*. * -- Before it was played. Remember 30-0 Chiefs in a home-wild card game? Remember the Colts owning the Texans inside NRG Stadium in last season's local wild-card insult? Remember all the previous "big" games since 2014 when O'Brien's squad wilted under the bright, shining lights? It felt like that was finally starting to change in 2019, after the Texans overcame a huge early hole at Kansas City and fought back to take down Patrick Mahomes' Chiefs on the road. Maybe the Texans soon take care of the Colts, then overcome Bill Belichick, Tom Brady and the reigning Super Bowl champs inside NRG, and the embarrassment in Baltimore is soon in the distant 16-game rear view. But ... the Texans were horrible Sunday. In a game that was supposed to be all about Watson vs. Jackson. After a bye week. With 7-3 potentially looming. After turning a 2-2 start into 6-3, and convincing some they were the NFL's hottest team. Guess that "big" win in London against the wildly uneven Jaguars wasn't that big of a deal. Maybe nothing's really changed since 2014 and the Texans are still just the Texans. They could have beat Philadelphia toward the end of last season and really taken a step forward. They could have shown up Sunday in Baltimore and proven they were worth taking seriously in the AFC. It'll take consecutive Ws against the Colts and Patriots to create a local buzz again. But the Texans will spend the rest of this season forced to prove that they are more than the team that was destroyed by the Ravens. Jackson was easily the better QB. John Harbaugh easily was the better coach. Baltimore was clearly the better, stronger, deeper team. The Texans have yo-yoed all season. Which is also what the Texans have annually done since O'Brien took over in 2014. Losing is one thing. Randomly not showing up when everyone is watching? The Texans have perfected that frustrating feat the last six seasons under the same coach.
The problem with Kubes was that he was rigid in his offense. They did their thing week in and week out, regardless of the opponent. This allowed them to be consistent but opponents also knew exactly what was coming and some of them (Patriots) could game plan and shut us down at times. The problem with O'Brien is that he has a game plan offense and if the game plan sucks, we're pretty much screwed. That's why we seem so consistently inconsistent. O'Brien isn't bad, but he's not a good enough game planner to give us our best shot at winning every week.
That was just plain frustrating and embarassing to watch. From our coaching to our QB to our offensive line, defense and secondary, they get F's all the way across the board. Add more injuries to insult and it just makes it worse. Ugh. Just when I had high hopes I get disappointed once again. On the bright side for Houston fans, at least the Rockets have been showing up to win, even with half their starters out.
