James Harden: .592 Kawhi Leonard: .560 Lebron James: .576 The Beard is on an entirely different plane of existence than these guys on the offensive end. He can't hit water out of a boat thus far, but he can still manufacture 36.5 PPG by getting himself to the free-throw line. It is truly remarkable.
His ability to put points on the board is definitely remarkable but I think he needs to adjust his style slightly as well as his shot selection in order for the Rockets to have a chance at getting to that contender level that they're capable of.
True Shooting %, away games in Miami ... since 2014-15 59.8% Strip-club analysis debunked. (redditor used fg%, ft% and 3pt% like an amateur)
And because a large chunk of the talking heads and twitter geniuses still don’t really understand what efficiency means they will look at FG% and 3FG% and say he’s an inefficient scorer so far.
"All he does is trick the refs into making calls. That's not skill, that's cheating, and it's ugly-ing up a beautiful game." -99% of Twitter
Harden is spectacular, that hasn't changed this year, specifically in the last 5 games. Slow start has dragged down his stats.
lol yeah. Bill Simmons(someone with an MVP vote) today on his podcast talking about players and their MVP odds....”MVP voters are not voting for Harden ever again....”
This year he's been starting his drbble too close to defender and in years past he started it before the deender gets close to him that way he can blow by them. Now he settle for three too much and is becoming predictable. He needs to get in shape quick so ass this can actually show in the standings. Also our role players need to step up more.
When his shot comes back ,and it will, he might really average 40 for the season. I don't know if thats a good thing.... I'd rather he score 32 and run back on D.
