When it really matters in the playoffs, Dantoni will have his best lineup out there, regardless. If Danuel is till playing better than Gordon by the end of it will see, otherwise I expect Gordon to be back where he was.
https://www.thedreamshake.com/2019/...ockets-defense-james-harden-russell-westbrook Check out the part on Russ. He has objectively been bad - we can see him leave his assignment frequently and he gambles a ton. Yet, based on the above stats, the DRTG of that lineup is elite. All these are subject to small sample distortion but - I can't think of a way to reconcile those two totally different conclusions.
Bro im not worried about the Rockets...are the Rockets are not done adding talent...the Rockets have a huge piece still being put into the offense and the defense...the Rockets will be blowing teams off the floor very soon....like ALWAYS....Clutchfans will be eating their words...and like always I will be screaming... I TOLD YOU SO.
My guess is it’s due to the effort level of both House and Tucker. We know the energy Tucker plays with, and House is doing much the same this year. There have been multiple plays where House doesn’t give up in transition and makes an effort to get a chase-down block.

None of those three starting lineups include the Kings’ optimal combination, which is Fox-Hield-Barnes-Bjelica-Holmes. All three have Dedmon starting at center, and one has Bagley starting at PF instead of Bjelica.
So you're saying, inserting Holmes over Bagley/Dedmon magically makes the rest of the starters -20-30 +/- never happen?? Got it
Lol, so true. Back to under his rock he goes. We’re really supposed to believe he was out here watching all these Kings games? Sure...
U do know that the starters also have to play minutes with some of the bench right? Walton isn’t doing 5 man subs...
some one plz sent this note to MDA asap! we need House in the starting 5. Eric not having fun Gordon can come off bench as 6th man!
You think net rating is an analytic and a goofy ass stat? Net rating is about as basic as it gets. And no, you have not watched the kings starters get blown out multiple times, not this season.
It's simply the premise genius, boasting that we're the "best starting 5 in the league" when the Kings are second on the list does in fact make it, a goofy ass stat.
Rockets play better when Fat Gordon is not in the starting lineup. They'll play even better once he's traded
How do you get the stats for starting lineup for all the teams in the league? Also Philly's starting 5(Simmons/Richardson/Harris/Horford/Embiid) has a Drtg of 88.2, which is better than our starting 5.
Started a Twitter dialogue with StanfordKP and Seth Partnow - they attribute it to the strength of rebounding, which limits offensive possessions that result in easy scores
