Seems to me Harden is lucky he is only 6'5 if he was 6'8 or taller Dumbtoni would have nailed him to the bench. Waiting for the day Maclemore becomes our new starting center, it's coming soon at this rate.
I couldn't watch the whole game but that last offensive foul was AWFUL. He even made sure he didn't push off and they still called it.
They aren’t letting him use his body to dislodge defenders anymore. That’s a move he did over and over last year, and a lot of people felt they should be called offensive fouls. The league evidently agreed. Let’s see if he can adjust.
These refs where horrible as usual but its game 1 and there will be growing pains. IMO Gorden lost us this game. He suuuucked.
Here's what the official NBA rule book says about this (Section 1.a): A player shall not hold, push, charge into, impede the progress of an opponent by extending a hand, arm, leg or knee or by bending the body into a position that is not normal.
Are they going to call the same thing with Giannis when he barrels into ppl in the paint? If they did I would be cool but this is clearly more targeting Harden because of all the complaints.
