    As a fan, I'm not being complacent or anything at all, I desperately want them to turn this sh!tshow around, but if '17 hadn't happened I'd be in the ER or jail or someplace with padded walls right now.

    Wow what a demoralizing 2 games.

    Have your Ace that was damn near unhittable for 6 months get roughed up in the biggest stage, then get absolutely obliterated the next game AT HOME.

    They don't look like they even deserve to be on the same field as the Nats.

    They look mentally defeated.

    The announcers here were saying he probably would have gone to 2nd. Doesn't matter now though.


    Hopefully them running up the score fired this team up. Ok I'm just grasping at straws.

    Prematurely calling anything "The Real World Series" is classless. All the playoff teams made it this far for a reason. Nothing will ever be handed to you in sports, especially in the playoffs.
