Did Hinch concede this game? I mean yes you hope the offense finally wakes up, but Greinke has not had it since the 2nd. Even the non-homer hits are hanging pitches. Your bullpen is fully rested, why not take out Greinke and try the bullpen to stay in the game?
The hot takes in this thread have been out of hand. A lot of emotional responses with out looking at actual facts. "He's been a bust! "The offense hasn't done much as of late!" That's just not true at all. Is he having a bad game? Yes, it's been terrible, but he certainly hasn't been a bust since coming to the Astros....
Greinke just hasn’t had that snap on his pitches today like he needs or else he’s just not effective at all
Lol exactly. So many new posters flocking the sub section who know absolutely nothing. People need to understand that Verlander and Cole are not the norm. They are the elite of the elite. Expecting every three point shooter to be Curry or bust would be just as stupid.
tf are you talking about concede this game. get this trash outta here. the stros have stranded a number of guys. foh with this take
Didn't seem like it. Remember Blum making a comment about it at the end of the season and needing to get the offense going into the playoffs. Either way, this offense needs to get going. Even with the 6 runs in game 1 it seems like they've been off.
seriously you can tell who all just tried to hop on the wagon and just tuned in to watch a hopeful sweep
Too bad no one gives a **** if you trust him or not. Greinke will be fine. Hes a future hall of famer. He'll be out there the next outing no matter if you like it or not.
That’s who I would like to see. This game is not over, And the Astros still have a chance to close this out. So...
Please read. I was not suggesting they should conceding the game. I asked what is AJ Hinch doing. I would have sat ZG after the 2nd homer. He just doesn't have it today, especially after the near no-hitter. Put in the bullpen and try to keep this game close.
