I actually like this trade. Not nearly enough to make up even a fraction of how much I hate the Clowney trade, but this one isn’t bad. He’s better than anyone we would have drafted in the 6th round.
Texans CBs: 2019 10 million dollars a year free agent 2019 2nd round pick 2019 6th round pick 2018 8 million a year free agent Old man Joseph
Awesome, the end of preseason is the ideal time to acquire a bunch of new guys, to maximize their fit.
LOL it's not working. If it was they won't be bringing in and trading for CBs. The only one of those moves I liked and was wrong about was Aaron Colvin. Roby was bad in Denver last year. Scouts said Lonnie Johnson was too raw and not ready. There were more CBs who were ready-now prospects available when they picked him. I'm not even sure what they thought about Crawford. He shouldn't have made the team.
Um....u don't know if it working or not. They haven't played a game. You bring in players off waivers if u see their potential. EVERY team does it.
They are not bringing in QBs because that is working out. They are not bringing in WRs because that is working out. They are not bringing in ILBs because that is working out. They have gone through training camp and preseason and still need CB help. I know it, they know it, probably everyone one on the board knows. Well maybe almost everyone.
Bill O'Brien on Keion Crossen trade, said he is expected to replace some of the things Johnson Bademosi did on special teams and play some corner as a versatile presence
I watched a little of Pats/NYG game last night and Crossen didn't look half bad. He was playing on the outside. Did drop a give INT in the endzone, but besides that the little part I saw he wasn't who QB was going after.
