There are aspects of “woke” culture I find pretty irritating. Dismissing attempts to expand the type of roles given to women or minorities in prominent movie franchises as “SJW” nonsense is another thing I find pretty irritating.
Is this in the "sjw" bin or we have 30 movies of the same character and want to try something different bin? Anyways, I've said this before but anti-sjws have become everything they hate sjws for. They turn everything into a sjw rant.
Honestly seems like a distraction thread from all the abhorrent behavior from Trump as of late. I think there's an ANTIFA activist spray painting on a wall somewhere RIGHT NOW something un-American and we should start a bunch of threads about that...because distractions.
One could make the argument that the last 2 Bond movies were not Bond movies as well. I saw them in the theaters and seriously thought about walking out on both.
Seems like a mountain out of a molehill, honestly. 1) This hasn't been confirmed. 2) Lynch is not said/rumored to be the protagonist of the movie (nor expected to be in the future). 3) '007' is not James Bond, it's simply a number/designation. Like a number on a basketball jersey. Anybody can wear any number. It makes relative sense that if '007' retires that the next agent up will be '007', be they black, yellow, green, or have horns sticking out of their head. I get that '007' is intertwined with the brand of James Bond, but that doesn't necessarily have to be the case. If giving the '007' moniker to anybody who isn't male triggers you, then it's possible that you're just a snowflake looking for reasons to feel aggrieved. Given the way the films and their canon are structured, it's entirely plausible, if not likely, that the next Bond film will feature a male (of course) as '007' again and there will be no trace of Lashana Lynch.

I would never. Donald Trump is racist. I don't know why but CNN said so so he is. I have seen the light and truth and accepted feminism into my heart and accepted progressivism. Hallelujah.
