Happy to see that you are beginning to realize that this org does what Harden says. Players feelings be damned.

Oklahoma sounds like the worst place on earth to live. Sounds like the most boring piece of land imaginable.

He’s gonna stick up for his BFF and that’s cool but what’s Wade trying to accomplish here other than try to make Houston look bad? It kinda aligns with how his team has screwed us over time and time again. Hell if they didn’t get Jimmy Butler Paul would still be here

So maybe there WAS something to that Harden/CP exchange in the locker room after all?

yea it's probably a change we needed... but russ is also really prone to go on his own individual cold streak for the game and end up shooting 5-20 or something lol.
i'm really hoping this gets d'antoni to go back to his phx suns days and run 7 secs or less when harden takes his obligatory rest and russ is leading the 2nd unit.

We really just gotta wait and see. The one thing Russ has on Paul is that he can be a big time scorer. Does it come at the end of an inefficient shooting night? Sure but Paul, for all of his efficiency, was never a 25+ threat. We need that option if/when Harden goes cold or when Gordon goes cold.

All this talk of player empowerment,...

He's gonna rip the Rockets for trading Chris.

    Save it Dwyane & LeBron.

Perhaps Paul realized that while he isn’t as explosive as he used to be, he can still be a positive asset to a team if they let him use his elite court vision and high basketball IQ to run the offense on the floor and that was never going to happen sharing a backcourt with James Harden.

I don’t think OKC are keeping him, I’m willing to bet either Miami or lakers or any other contender

I think this can't be under-considered. Paul is a master manipulator. Always has been. Dude ALWAYS gets his way. It's why he's the Union Prez.

Every teammate I've ever heard talk about it publicly has made it pretty clear they hated his ****ing guts.

He certainly looks to me exactly like someone who always gets his way and handles it unbelievably poorly when he doesn't. The passive-aggressive Kerr laugh was funny at the time, and his Ken Mauer freakouts were, too. Except they show what a petulant baby he can be on impulse.

I see 0% likelihood that we would have accomplished squadoosh with him going forward.

2018 WCF G5 will always suck. He balled his ass off, and we had them. Then **** happened, and Paul did what he always does. He can go not win somewhere else.
