Just wanted to get a simple poll. There are questions if CP3 would remain on the team if we acquired Westbrook. But would like to keep it simple to a yes or no poll.
Tentative yes but it all depends on retaining the right players. If nothing else, it would be fascinating to watch, even if it's in a car wreck kind of fascination.
No. Is he a better fit than CP3? No. Is he a better shooter than CP3? No. Is he a better defender than CP3? No. He is more athletic. That’s it.
First poll that I remember seeing here for it. Put me down for a No. The Rockets need rebounding bigs who can get their own boards, not poach from others on their team, and can also play defense. Both around the rim, and out on the wing. Good percentage from 3 would be nice as well. Westbrook doesn't do any of those things.
You guys are crazy, really. If I have to choose between Westbrook and other top players, of course Westbrook is not the best choice for this team. But if I have to choose between Westbrook and NOTHING then YES, ABSOLUTELY! You act like we are winning titles after titles every year and want to improve, but we are here watching others winning since 1995 and there's no players who can make us a winning team with the roster we currently have. If nothing else, adding Westbrook is an attraction for other players to join us and build a winning team with few pieces.
He would help the city of Houston immensely. Lots of construction going on and man like brodie could help lay them bricks

No, I do not. But then again, maybe. For the lolz and excitement followed by the annoyance and misery.
I think most people would take Westbrook over NOTHING. Those of us voting No realize there is a cost associated with acquiring him. When the cost is factored in, I don't think it's a net gain. Or not enough of one.
