Listen to yourself... What else would you base it on? We beat them... If you're looking at regular season record the West was still far and away the better conference.... Look at interconference records... The West owns the East... The top East teams beat up on their conference which boosts their records... This has been the case for years.

They are the Leastern Conference... We don't only count the best teams in a conference... If Harden was in the East and Giannis was in the West... Harden would've repeated as MVP.... He would've had us with the best record because the East was clearly inferior.

Man. I thought it was just outsiders that were spewing this nonsense narrative but now it's our very own posters claiming the Warriors beat us without KD knowing damn well that man playing 19 of the 24 quarters. I hate this site sometimes.

Paul George or Kawhi is too tall, which is not Morey's favourite type.

Morey loves short players like Jimmy Butler.

That would be the ultimate troll job by Morey, if he was actually referring to Kawhi in his big name hunting and was throwing us the fake on Butler with his twitter likes etc

Maybe Kawhi was the firework Morey was talking about. You people of little faith!

Having House and Rivers going into the season is more depth than we had to start last year.

I'm not underestimating them... You're forgetting that we were already clearly much better than them.

Conley is their biggest addition... Bojan is good, but a defensive downgrade.... I said they got better, but we're still better overall and maintain that the matchup advantages are in our favor....

Jeff Green LOL... Not a player worth picking up... He's super inconsistent at everything as has been the case for his career... Idk why he's getting gassed.

Not even gonna talk about Mudiay.

Bro... This is not better than us resigning the guys we had... Dudley is a decent player, but provides no greater upside than House.

I agree on Portland and we know Nurkic is out and may not come back at his best with the Hayward injury he had.

Wrong... We're better than the team we were last year... The Raptors beat a significantly worse version of the Warriors than the one we played.

I said two seasons ago. First cp year we were WAY better than last season in which We werent championship level team and we had no chance against gsw without Durant and Boogie. And now we are one year older than season ago.

Getting Khawi means you have to trade MVP. There is only 1 Ball on the court so it ain't happening. When you think of Hand think romaine lettuce. Khawi wants to be #1 man like Tomballer. Avoid Leonard, if he doesn't get his way, he will sit out a season, ask the Spurs.

We have experience and now playoff Harden, battle tested.

harden been playoff battle tested for how many seasons now, unfortunately i just dont think he has the will that players like lebron and kawhi seem to possess, yes he's hungry for a ring but mentally he doesn't have that killer instinct. so no i don't think we are the favorites this year without other additions

You're not making any sense... This is completely false.... Then you say we weren't a championship level team and we had no chance against the Warriors without Durant... KD played the vast majority of that series and every game was close... We definitely could've won that series and now the Warriors will be significantly worse on both ends... Especially defensively

Nonsense... That's a completely garbage and dumb narrative... Harden played better against the Warriors than Kawhi did... The difference is Kawhi had better and more consistent contributions from his teammates... One of their wins Siakam was their best player... The other it was Kyle Lowry.... And you also had a big game from Vanvleet and Ibaka in another... Even with that... If Klay doesn't miss basically 2 games it probably goes 7 games and that's with no KD.

LeBron crap is also BS... LeBron hasn't won a ship or **** of note more than Harden without having a stacked team with multiple stars in a weakened conference.

    Drop the absolute shitty narratives.

I don't know why are you discounting Eastern Conference. If we made the finals last season, Kawhi and Toronto would whoop our ass.
Next season, even if we make it to the finals, Bucks, 76ers or Toronto with Kawhi are better than us. They are all athletic and long defenders with good shooting and playmaking. Harden+shooters isn't enough.
