To be fair we have no cap space so no meeting was necessary. I don’t think Milwaukee had a sit down with Wes Matthews for example. Probably a phone call. We probably did the same. I don’t think many meetings took place for anyone.
Hell no. As fast as everything went down the terms for pretty much every deal must have been discussed weeks ago. Teams were sitting around with several options and just closed down as quickly as they could.
Did not watch our style of play? Asking Iggy to just be a spot up shooter, he won’t make much of an impact. His 3pt shooting is far from great in any case.
He was interested in coming to Houston last year or so. If he signs for the league min and plays only 10-15 mins a game until the playoffs, I'll be fine with it. Either way it doesn't matter, as he likely wouldn't come here. All I know is he won't be on the Warriors this season , so pressure is on for the Rockets to do something this postseason !
its funny people love to say this and he makes teams pay time and time again. this is the kind of attitude where you get stuck with someone who's a 40% shooter but can't stay on the floor because he sucks defensively. cf's cries about it and he eventually gets moved. now a player like iggy comes up and all of a sudden nah hes not a fit either. please stop that bs
It seems like the Lakers would probably have more money/more minutes they could offer Iggy - I would think he is heading there.
