Here we go again lol. U do know he could have knowledge that if he signs there they would get rid of all the bad cancer guys right lmao.
This free agent show on ESPN 2 acts like its Philly or Miami for Butler. No mention of the Rockets what-so-ever.
I don't think so since i guess we would've still to move Capela to a third team, although there might be something i'm missing here so, better ask this to @BimaThug or @aelliott
Matt Barnes just said on The Jump that the Heat are trying to pair Beal and Butler together obviously it is Matt Barnes so take it with a grain of salt
And how exactly are the Heat going to get Beal? Bam and Winslow, Herro? So, like: Whiteside (or Dwight lol) Olynyk/Johnson Butler Beal Dragic? Meh.
The down side of this whole star chasing just took its first personal hit for me I wanted the rockets to go after demarre carroll with their taxpayer MLE if they couldnt snag butler. He is a solid win forward for our style of play and i figured he would be under the radar salary wise and obtainable. Signed a 2 year 12 mllion deal with the spurs. Of course the spurs.
Yeah, just seems highly unlikely, i mean, Richardson would've to get traded to Philly, that's guaranteed, Dragic probably too since he's at least a decent expiring, and not a brick on the salary cap like Waiters or Johnson...i also don't see the Sixers take on Olynyk since they just resigned Scott, although you never know i guess. As for Beal, it was reported that the Pelicans asked about him and were willing to move the 4th pick, pieces for him and the Wizards said no, now they would suddenly be ok to move him for Bam (who's very good imo, but not sure he's better than a 4th pick for Washington), Winslow and a bad contract?
How would the Heat swing these moved without any 1st till 2023? Bam, Winslow and Richardson are nice players but none are stars or all star potential players.
